Wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, ENOC is a holding company operating thirty, actively growing subsidiaries and joint ventures.

In addition, it handles a diverse business portfolio spanning refining, storage, shipping, LPG, IT, travel, aviation, lubricants and chemicals, with international operations as far as London and Singapore.

Emiratisation

One of ENOC’s key corporate objectives is to increase the UAE national intake into its manpower pool. Several strategies have been put into action to serve this need including increased quality and efficiency of service delivery, prioritization and ongoing assessments within that regard, including monitoring UAE national development and retention and contributing to the overall enhancement of the skills and competencies of UAE nationals in the group.

Graduate Program

Recruiting national graduates into ENOC Group of Companies is critical to our strategic approach of ensuring we have talented individuals to develop our business today and tomorrow, and to meet our social and corporate responsibility to nurture and develop local talent in line with the government’s aspirations.

To achieve this, a structured and systematic development framework that will enable the Graduate Staff to quickly develop their knowledge skills and competencies in the early stages of their career, and that allows them to assume an established role and contribute effectively to the business in the fastest possible time, needs to be in place.

The purpose of this framework is to outline and guide Line Managers through the process of graduate development for the initial phase of their career in the Company. It is also expected that the Graduate Staff will use this document as a framework for their own development and a reference point for what to expect during this initial period.
